There's a short, fat Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipina looking girl in her early 30s that lives in the bottom apartment at the end of the hall. Her name is Ran-Dell (I added the hyphen between Ran and Dell to emphasize the pronunciation of the name). I introduced myself to her and welcomed her to the apartment complex when she first arrived and have since exchanged pleasantries with her (I've been nothing but kind and considerate to her). Today (01/05/26) at about 3:15 PM as I spoke to her Baby Daddy named Micah, she exited her the apartment and said, "WEIRDO...I'M A KILLER..." then called her son's name (her son was playing with my dog) as she feigned kicking my dog Chief Cherokee Parks! What an unkind thing to say!
